Samsung Electronics has developed 8Gigabyte (GB) microSD (Secure Digital) memory card which is the highest in capacity size for the microSD card of multimedia phones.This small but big in capacity microSD card can store 2,000 MP3 songs and 4,000 digital Photos. Or it can store 5 Numbers of DVD quality Movbies.

Normally SD card are used to store digital images and video clips in Digital cameras also in TV's. But the microSD cards which are quarter the size of the SD card allow mobile phones to display downloaded media files. Samsung’s 8GB microSD card has a reading speed of 16MB/second and 6MB/second which is also better than the other products which are available in the market now.
