The message you are getting is from a premium rated account. If you send or receive SMS from this number you will be charged US$ 2- 6. So if the text message is coming from an unknown number and tempt you to reply or they want to give you a ring tone of the latest song, thus you will reply to that SMS or even you may get a quick ring and stop in your mobile phone and you are curious who called you, and you want to call that number, beware it may be that premium rated account who want to make money from you. In these cases call your service provider and ask them bar the number from contacting you.
