Text Messages (SMS) Targeting unemployed.
In the USA a scam text message is being sent to those who are getting unemployment benefits. The main purpose of this scam text message is to steal their unemployment benefits. The text message requires the caller to call a number as their unemployment benefits are being stopped. Once the receiver makes the call to the given number they were asked to provide their personal information from the other side of the phone. That included their debit card numbers and personal identification numbers too. With these information the scammer can with draw the unsuspecting victim's unemployment benefits.
So if you get any text message to your mobile phone like this don't give your personal information.
